Warranty Policy

WeatherHawk's Warranty is simple yet comprehensive.

WeatherHawk®, a wholly owned division of CSI, hereinafter referred to as WeatherHawk, warrants products manufactured and sold by WeatherHawk to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for twelve (12) months from the date of shipment unless specified otherwise, subject to the following conditions:

1. WeatherHawk obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement, at WeatherHawk’s option, of products which have been returned prepaid to WeatherHawk under a WeatherHawk issued RMA number.
2. This warranty shall not apply to any WeatherHawk products which have been subjected to unauthorized modification, neglect, misuse, accidents of nature, or shipping damage.
3. Batteries are not warranted.
4. Under no circumstances will WeatherHawk reimburse a claimant for charges incurred in removing and/or re-installing equipment.

This warranty, and WeatherHawk’s obligation thereunder, is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of suitability and fitness for a particular purpose. WeatherHawk is under no circumstances liable for consequential damages of any kind.
