Terms of sale

Published prices, both printed and posted on our website, are subject to change without notice. In the event of a price conflict between print publication and website prices, the website prices prevail. The exception is for specific bids or quotations, where the termination date will prevail.

Factory repair

Products may not be returned without obtaining a prior authorization (RMA) by WeatherHawk Customer Service. Products returned without an RMA number may be returned, unopened, freight collect, to the originating address.

Discounts

WeatherHawk reserves the right to offer discounts to organizations based on special circumstances related to the order, or to individuals/companies based on quantities purchased on a single purchase order.

Minimum order

WeatherHawk does not have a minimum order size or value.

Payment terms

All quotations issued by WeatherHawk, and payments due, are to be in U.S. Dollars. Payment is accepted by approved Credit Card, Cash before Shipment, C.O.D., or NET 30 Days (on approved credit).

Credit terms

U.S. Federal and State Government Agencies, and NYSE listed Corporations have immediate Net 30 accounts, for all orders placed on government or company purchase orders, to an aggregate credit limit of (US) $5,000. Higher credit limits are available upon application.

Individuals and privately held U.S. Corporations may apply for initial credit approval to $5,000. Approval based on credit history and references.

Net 30 Terms are available to Foreign Corporations registered in the United States, with U.S. offices. Approval based on credit history and references.

Taxes

WeatherHawk prices do not include sales tax, use, excise, value added or other taxes. Accordingly, buyer shall pay any such taxes attributable to the sale of goods purchased from WeatherHawk, or provide WeatherHawk with valid tax exemption certificates acceptable to the appropriate taxing authority. Tax exemption certificates must be received prior to Invoicing for goods. Taxes collected by WeatherHawk are not refundable after they are remitted to the applicable taxing authority.

Restocking and Returns

Unused products may be returned by the original purchaser within 30 days of shipment, only with prior authorization and an RMA number issued by WeatherHawk. Upon inspection, a full refund, or credit for monies paid will be issued to the original purchaser, less freight related charges, if the goods are in unused, saleable condition.
