Shipping Policy

We use United Parcel Service (UPS) as our default carrier and they have an excellent shipping record with our products.

All shipments are F.O.B. Logan, Utah, USA.

If orders are placed by phone, and exact charge billing is requested, freight and transit insurance charges will be prepaid by the purchaser, or prepaid and added to the invoice by WeatherHawk®, unless otherwise noted on shipping documentation.

If orders are placed On-Line through the WeatherHawk Store, then freight charges are calculated by UPS using their on-line rate calculation service. This service is transparent to the order process.

WeatherHawk ships Monday through Friday, except holidays. Orders will ship out same day if received before 3:00 PM MST.  

Preferred Freight Carrier

WeatherHawk’s preferred carrier is the United Parcel Service (UPS). Unless otherwise stated by WeatherHawk, or specified by purchaser; all shipments will use the least expensive class of UPS service available.

Alternate Freight Carrier(s)

Alternate freight carriers may be used under the following circumstances:

- WeatherHawk determines that a lower rate is available for equal or better service to a specific location.

- UPS does not offer service to a specific location.

- You specify your preferred carrier, arrange for pickup and pay for services that are charged to your account.
