Powered Optical Isolator

Optical isolator module with external power supply. Designed for attachment between the Host PC and the serial RS-232 cable connection to any WeatherHawk weather station serial port. Provides electrical isolation from environmental ESD (surges and spikes) and ground loops to 2500 volts DC. Will not protect system from lightning. Not for use with RF400 wireless communications.

Ships with a system carton, or in a single small box. Weighs less than one pound.
