On our site, you've probably noticed that we have product information and comparison tables that you can readily view. You are free to visit our site to review any and all of this information. There are also PDF files to make it convenient for you to print the information you may need. However, the WeatherHawk Division of Campbell Scientific, Inc. retains copyright on all text and graphics on this web site, which means you can't copy, cut, paste, or otherwise reproduce either the text or the graphics from this site without the written consent of WeatherHawk.

As an example, if you lost your WeatherHawk Quick Start Guide when you were frantically installing your weather stations before the hurricane made landfall, you are welcome to print one for replacement. However, you are not allowed to copy the WeatherHawk manual, change some text, then use it as your own. This is a very clear copyright violation that we will act upon with the full force of any applicable laws. The reason we must provide this notice and take action on violations is that we can lose our Copyright(s) and Trademark(s) if we do not proactively advise you of them and act when we must protect them.

Registered trademarks of WeatherHawk are also noted on the web site when they are used. They are also noted in our publications, and they are definitely in the "do not use" category.

Software. Ah yes, a favorite topic of many folks. We have provided several different software programs for you; with patches, upgrades and updates provided free of charge. You may download and use this software with our products. We have placed it here to keep your product useful, current and to make your life easier. Keep in mind, though, that WeatherHawk, and or other companies partnered with WeatherHawk retain their respective rights to the software programs/operating systems and all intellectual rights therein. You may not alter, resell, reverse engineer, re-engineer, distribute, or modify any software or operating systems available from this web site without the express written consent of WeatherHawk and/or any applicable partner companies.

We try our best to keep this information as current and up-to-date as possible. However (here comes the disclaimer), we do not warrant this information, either expressly or by implication. This most definitely includes, but is not limited to, virus-free software. Great efforts are made to keep our information clean and free of defects, but we do not live or work in a perfect world and there are a few misguided people who try to subvert the best efforts of us all, so be careful with any software you download; check it for viruses before you use it, and if there is any doubt in your mind about its origin.....don't use it! Any software on our web site is also available on CD media, all a WeatherHawk owner has to do is ask us for it and we will gladly provide it.
